Visual Studio VS Code (Electron) can't access node modules
I'm trying to launch a nodejs app using VS Code (Electron) and running into some issues.
I've searched for hours to try and get it to work but have not managed to do so.
I'm using latest VS Code with the latest version of Electron and nodejs.
My directory structure is as follows:
myApp
|-- myApp.js
|-- myApp.html
|-- main.js
|-- index.js
|-- package.json
The package.json has the following scripts
"scripts": {
"start": "node main.js",
"test": "echo "Error: no test specified" && exit 1"
}
myApp.js is as follows
const electron = require('electron');
const url = require('url');
const path = require('path');
const fs = require('fs');
let mainWindow;
function createWindow() {
mainWindow = new electron.BrowserWindow({
width: 940,
height: 620,
webPreferences: {
nodeIntegration: true
}
});
mainWindow.loadURL(url.format({ be359ba680
